Stay in control

Last updated: October 17, 2026

A game is a game for as long as it is fun. If you feel you are losing control, the tools and sources of help below are here for you.

01Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income

In gambling, the expected result over the long run is against the player. Chasing losses is the most common way of making them bigger.

Only play with money you can afford to lose. Do not treat gaming as a source of income, a way to pay off debts or an escape from problems.

02Warning signs

If any of the following applies to you, consider taking a break:

  • You play for longer or for larger amounts than you planned.
  • You deposit again to win back what you have lost.
  • You hide from the people close to you how much you play.
  • You borrow money to play, or put off paying bills.
  • You feel restless or irritable when you are not playing.
  • Gaming is harming your sleep, your work or your relationships.

03Protection tools

  • Deposit limit: the most you can deposit in a day, a week or a month.
  • Loss limit: once your chosen loss amount is reached, play is closed for the account.
  • Time-out: your account is locked for a period you choose.
  • Account closure: your account is closed permanently at your request.

To use any of these tools, contact our support team. A lower limit takes effect immediately; a higher one only after a waiting period, so that you cannot remove your own protection on the spur of the moment.

0418+ only

The platform is open only to people aged 18 or over. Your stated age may be checked; accounts of people found to be under 18 are closed and winnings are not paid.

If children also use your device, log out and do not save your password in the browser.

05Where to get help

If you are worried about your gambling, you are not alone, and it is never too late to ask for help.

  • Professional help: a psychologist, psychotherapist or addiction specialist who works with gambling problems is the most effective way to deal with them.
  • Mutual support groups: the international fellowship Gamblers Anonymous holds meetings in many countries.
  • Talk about what you are going through with someone close to you whom you trust.

If you want to close your account, just write to our support team. You do not need to give a reason; your request will be carried out without further questions.
