Privacy policy

This explains what data we collect about you and why, who we share it with and what rights you have.

01Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to provide the service:

  • Personal and contact details: first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail address, username and, if you choose to give one, a phone number. They are needed to check your age and to match withdrawal requests.
  • Payment and transaction data: the deposit addresses assigned to you, the withdrawal addresses you give, transaction hashes, and records of deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser details, session data and login records, to protect your account and prevent fraud.
  • Verification documents: if we ask you to confirm your identity, the documents you provide.

02How we use data

  • To run your account, process your transactions and provide support.
  • To meet legal requirements, check your age and monitor suspicious transactions.
  • To detect and block unauthorised access to your account.
  • To send news and offers — only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

03Sharing data

We do not sell your data. It is shared only as far as the service requires, and only with:

  • Crypto infrastructure providers — only the data needed to process a transaction.
  • Game providers — a pseudonymous identifier needed to open a game session; your personal details are not shared.
  • Competent public authorities — only where the law requires it.

04Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored in a one-way form, so no one, including our support team, can see them.

To protect your account, we recommend turning on two-step verification and choosing a password you do not use anywhere else.

Please note that blockchain transactions are public by nature: addresses and amounts are visible on the network regardless of us.

05How long we keep data

Account and transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

06Your rights

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

  • find out what data about you is processed and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • have data deleted, subject to mandatory retention periods;
  • object to processing, including for marketing;
  • withdraw consent you have given.

You can send a request by opening a support ticket in your account.
